Membership in APEAEN is open to all interested individuals who are involved in agriculture education and its related fields. The Association is composed of different types of membership and the corresponding fees as follows:

• Regular Membership – US$ 10.00 membership fee to be paid once plus annual dues of US$ 15.00.

• Life Membership – US$ 150.00 (As amended by the Board of Directors and Members during the 2nd International APEAEN Business Meeting in Korea , October 16, 2004).

• Institutional Membership – US$100.00 per year. All institution, organizations involved in agriculture and environment and its allied fields are eligible for this category of membership. Membership is renewable annually.

• Honorary Membership – Individuals who have demonstrated a concern for agriculture and environment and who have achieved recognition therein may be elected to honorary membership in the association by the Board.

The Asia Pacific Educators Association for Agriculture and Environment elected 3 sets of officers from 1997 to 2006. Elected were as follows:
